UV consolidation

Coatings of this kind are consolidation on the product by exposure to UV radiation, and a radical polymerization of the coating takes place.

The process takes place in several stages:

the coating is applied to the product
the product is placed in the preconditioning chamber, at this point an intermediate adhesive layer is formed between the coating and polycarbonate (or other plastic).
the product is cooled for a short time
is placed under short-term exposure to ultraviolet light, the coating finally hardens.
